Access Consciousness®

I love Access Consciousness® as it teaches us to question everything and be open to new unlimited possibilities. What else is possible? There is also a clearing statement that helps to clear everything on an energetic level which also affects our reality. I find the idea fascinating.

Attending and receiving an Access Bars Session is the way most people start to get to know Access. There are 32 points on the head that are held and can have a profound effect. You can find groups or courses via the internet.

One thing I learnt from Access Consciousness® is to ask myself whether I feel light (as a feather) or heavy (extra weight pullling me down) whenever somebody asks me something I'm not sure about. E.g. Do you want to go to the cinema? I ask myself if I feel light or heavy. If I feel light, then it is my truth and I'll say yes.

Access® also teaches that over 95% (!!!) of what we think and feel is not really from us, but from our environment and the people around us!!
So it is a good idea to always first ask 'Does this belong to me?'
If you do this all the time for 3 days in a row, you may be amazed at what changes are possible!

If you change your point of view you change your reality and create more possibilites.
So are you willing to change your point of view? And everything that stops you from changing your point of view, will you destroy and uncreate it now? Right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all 9, shorts, boys and beyonds. (This is the access clearing statement - explained

Some therapists use Access as an additional tool in their work and have excellent results.
Marianne Bradford (USA) for example has founded 'Right Recovery for You' to help people with addiction projects. Here is her website:
